Welcome to the website (“Site”) of TEA-RRIFIC! ICE CREAM, LLC (“TEA-RRIFIC!” or “We”). This policy describes the way we collect, store, use, and protect information collected on or submitted to the Site. Personal information is information capable of being associated with a particular person through one or more identifiers, as more particularly described under applicable privacy legislation, including, but not limited to, a Social Security Number, a driver’s license number, a state identification card number, an account number, a credit or debit card number, a passport number, an alien registration number or a health insurance identification number, and does not include publicly available information that is lawfully made available to the general public from federal, state or local government records or widely distributed media.

 

How we collect information about you and how we use it

Non-personal information. We collect various types of non-personal information depending on how you use the Site. When you visit the Site, our servers, some of which may be hosted by third parties, collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type, the web page from which you entered the Site, the length of time of each visit and the pages you accessed on the Site. We also collect non-personal information from you by means of Cookies (See below for a discussion of Cookies). This automatically collected information provides us with data regarding the use of the Site, and we use this information to monitor and improve our Site. TEA-RRIFIC! Does not currently process billing transactions or collect any billing information. Rather, all payments are handled by PayPal. TEA-RRIFIC! reserves the right to no longer use PayPal exclusively for payment processing transactions. In such event, in completing transactions for products and services with us, we will collect billing information from you, such as the number, expiration date, card type and billing address of your credit or debit card. Although we may collect billing information from you in processing your orders for products and services, such information will be collected by way of encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) pass-through. TEA­RRIFIC! will not store any credit card information on its systems or servers.

Anytime you submit personal information for a specific purpose using the Site, except as provided herein, your information is used only for that purpose, unless you consent otherwise or as required by law.

We may use your personal information to operate and improve the Site and our services. These uses may include providing you with more effective customer service, or performing research or market analysis aimed at improving our messaging and products. We may also use your personal information to communicate with you about the Site, our products and services, and may send a confirmation email when you register with us; provided that if we do that you will be able to opt-out from receiving newsletters or promotional email by following the specific instructions in any email you receive from us.

What are Cookies and Do We Use Them?
