Shipping Note

  • Orders ship every Monday (except holidays).
  • Orders placed after Sunday 7PM EST will ship the following Monday.
  • You will receive an email order confirmation as well as tracking information the Sunday before we ship your order.

Refunds & Return Policy

We ship in eco-friendly containers packed with plenty of dry ice to ensure product quality. If the product does not arrive frozen, please take a picture of the shipment as it arrived and email it to us at and we will either send you a new shipment straight away or a full refund of your purchase!
